3 Georgia Colleges Make 2013 Top 20 US Design Schools List

The Georgia Institute of Technology, in Atlanta, won 7th place as the best Graduate School for Industrial Design.

UGA’s College of Environment and Design

The University of Georgia, Athens, won 11th place as the best Graduate School for Landscape Architecture.  University of Georgia also won 7th place for best Undergraduate School for Landscape Architecture.

But the Georgia school with four wins is the Savannah College of Art & Design, in Atlanta, Savannah, France, and Hong Kong.  They won for Best Campus Design & Facilities.  They received 20th place for their Graduate School in Architecture.  SCAD received 1st place for both their Graduate and Undergraduate School of Interior Design.

Of course, topping the best Graduate Architecture School lists were Harvard, Columbia, Yale, MIT, Cornell, SCI-ARCH, and the University of Virginia.

The rankings were compiled by the Design Futures Council for DesignIntelligence.
