Another top global fashion retailer,
TOPSHOP/TOPMAN, is joining
Atlanta’s retail mecca.
It was announced that one of London’s largest edgy fashion retailers, TOPSHOP, will be coming to Lenox Square. They will be opening a 15,000 sf store including TOPMAN, their men’s fashion component. The retailer specializes in fresh-from-the-runway and new designer’s fashions at reasonable prices. There are only 4 stores in the US at this time.

Savannah may be getting a H&M fashion store on Broughton St. H&M, or Hennes & Mauritz, is based in Sweden and one of the world’s largest apparel retailers. They, too, offer women’s and men’s high fashion at affordable pricing. H&M is one of the retailers Ben Carter hopes to bring to his $75 million upgrade to Broughton Street. Atlanta already has six H&M stores, the intown store being at Atlantic Station in midtown.
J. Crew and Ann Taylor/ LOFT have already committed to come to Broughton St. Carter may be negotiating with L’Occitane, Sunglass Hut, Vinyard Vines, Louis Vuitton, Coach, Lululemon and Sephora retailers to come to B Street as well.
